Los Angeles investigates bulldozing of endangered plants at Topanga State Park

Crews for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power bulldozed hundreds of endangered plants while working on a wildfire prevention project. State authorities are now investigating, as are L.A. officials, in response to a Times inquiry.
